ASDI Action Plan on the Web [for information & circulation]

The ANZLIC Web Site has been updated with the latest information and
initiatives relating to the Australian Spatial Data Infrastructure. The ASDI
Action Plan 2003-2004, the ASDD Plan 2003, ASDI Distribution Network: The
Internet Framework Technical Architecture (v2.6 - January 2003) and the ASDI
Distribution Network: Implementation Options (v2.0 - January 2003) have also
been referenced from the Web Site.

This information is an important step in implementing the ASDI Communication
Plan by disseminating information about the strategic direction and recent
developments in implementing the ASDI. Note that planning for the national
ASDI workshop series is well advanced and the material on the Web Site will
form the basis of presentations in the workshops. In turn feedback obtained
at the workshops will be used to update the content of the Web Site.

We would appreciate it if you could assist us by circulating this news
amongst your colleagues and advise them that the ANZLIC Web Site can now be
used as the primary source of information about the ASDI.
